தேவையான பொருட்கள்: சிக்கன் – 1 கிலோ , பெரிய வெங்காயம் – 3, இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது -3 டீஸ்பூன், பச்சை மிளகாய் – 3 , கறிமாசால் தூள் – அரைடீஸ்பூன், மஞ்சள் தூள் – அரைஸ்பூன், மிளகாய்த்தூள் -2 டீஸ்பூன், மிளகுத்தூள் -1 டீஸ்பூன், சீரகத்தூள் – 1 டீஸ்பூன், மல்லித்தூள் – 3 டீஸ்பூன், எண்ணெய் – 4 டேபிள்ஸ்பூன், உப்பு – தேவைக்கு, கொத்தமல்லி இலை, கருவேப்பிலை செய்முறை : 1.முதலில் கோழிக்கறியை சுத்தம் செய்து இப்படி சிறிய துண்டுகளாக வெட்டிபோட்டு கழுவி நீர் வடிகட்டிக் கொள்ளவும். 2.பிறகு கோழிக்கறி, உப்பு, மஞ்சள்தூள் ஆகியவற்றை நன்றாகக் கலந்து அரை மணி நேரம் ஊற வைக்கவும். 3.வாணலியில் எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி சூடாக்கிய எண்ணெயில் நறுக்கிய வெங்காயம், பச்சை மிளகாய், கருவேப்பிலை, சேர்த்து நன்றாக வதக்கவும். நன்றாக வதக்கிய பின் இஞ்சி, பூண்டு, கறி மசாலா சேர்த்து வதக்கவும். 4.இஞ்சி பூண்டு வதக்கியவுடன் கோழிக்கறி சேர்த்து பிரட்டவும், தண்ணீர் சேர்க்க வேண்டாம். 5.மசாலா பொருட்கள் அனைத்தும் சேர்த்து நன்கு பிரட்டி மூடி போட்டு மீடியம் தீயில் 20 நிமிடம் வேக விடவும்.இடையில் பிரட்டி விடவும். 6.நன்றாக சுண்டி...
